Eride Technologies – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Eride Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide two primary services:

• AI Travel Assistant for SADC Travellers – A digital platform offering travel assistance, information, itinerary planning, and advisory services for travellers within the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region.
• DHA Vlist-Assist: South Africa Visa Overstay Appeal System – A platform designed to assist individuals in managing, preparing, and submitting appeals relating to visa overstay listings with the South African Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

By accessing, using, or interacting with any of our services, applications, websites, or platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You may only use our Services if you:

• Information may be based on third-party sources (e.g., DHA guidelines, airline schedules, travel advisories).
• We are not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions beyond our control.
• The DHA Vlist-Assist tool does not guarantee the outcome of any appeal.

All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Eride Technologies or our licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our systems.

• Travel disruptions, visa denials, or appeal rejections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Eride Technologies, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eride Technologies from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Misuse of our Services.
